Make sure that the new server has the same uid/gid numbers for users qmaill, qmaild, qmailr, qmails, qmailq, qmailp, vpopmail and maybe clamav and groups nofiles, qmail, vchkpw and maybe clamav as the old one, that will save you a lot of headscratching later. See /etc/passwd and /etc/group If you are moving to a new ip as well, set your MX's dns TTL to a short timeout (eg 5 minutes) a day or so before you change the dns records so that it propagates faster.
