[toaster] Spamassassin with mutiple recipents

Hi Friends, 

I am working on spamassassin to work with individual antispam policies. 

I have a problem in setting up the spamassassin when receiving mails
with multiple recipients in the same domain. No rules applies at all. 

Since my idea is to configure a antivirus/antispam gateway, I can't
provide the antispam/antivirus support in local mail delivery. (Maildir
delivery) 

Please provide me a suggestion.
