I recently installed qmail using the toaster method, and I'm having some strange issues with some email that I migrated to the new server.
In both cases, I am using Mozilla Thunderbird to access my email via imap, but I'm having problems deleting or accessing some folders. The old system was NOT the qmail toaster and the versions of vpopmail and courier-imap were probably reasonably old. In some cases - subfolders, primarily, I am unable to see the messages in the folder using Mozilla - or if the headers are cached by mozilla, I'm unable to open the messages or delete them. When I access the mail using Squirrelmail, I don't have any problems - and then the folder becomes accessible again in Mozilla. Any idea what might've happened here? Is it possible that some of my courier files are corrupted, like these: courierimaphieracl/ courierimapkeywords/ courierimapsubscribed courierimapuiddb If so could I just delete them? Thanks. Rick
