Note that if you have the path to a maildir in the .qmail file, then
qmail-local is the one responsible for updating the maildirsize file.
If MUST exist first, and the Maildir++ patch for qmail MUST be installed
(it's included in my netqmail toaster patch). You can create it by
doing "vuserinfo <emailaddress>", and that should create the file.
vdelivermail should also create it on the first delivery to that mailbox.
