I did a fresh install follow Bill's toaster ... Look my logs

This below is using outlook :

Now using pegasus (cram-md5)

When CRAM-MD5 fails, it's usually for one of two reasons:

1) clear-text passwords aren't enabled in vpopmail.
2) The SMTP AUTH patch to qmail-smtpd passes the parameters incorrectly.

If you did a fresh install of Bill's toaster and followed his instructions,
CRAM MD5 should be working fine.  His patches do things the right way.
