I created a mailing list with the option - only moderator can post, all other
bounced. But the funny thing is that it still sends out confirmation email to
the moderator for confirmation, instead of directly sending out the email to
target list members?
If it didn't ask for confirmation, it would be possible to forge messages to the list by pretending to be the moderator.
