[toaster] Error 111

After patching qmail and recompiling qmail i shut it down (qmailctl stop)

I rec'd the following error (see below) while running make setup check.

I have check the archives but their was nothing. I then checked to see

if qmail was indeed donw and to my surprise it was not. so i shut it down again

( qmailctl stop ) but it was still running.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
