make sure domain.com is not in locals as well

if mail.domain.com receives mail in the form of [EMAIL PROTECTED] then it 
should be there, otherwise take it out.

check your logs in /var/log/qmail/current
You may still have sendmail (or whatever) running, which might be why 
qmail-send will not start.

and where is qmail-pop3d?
