Just an observation...I noticed this the first time I installed the toaster, and now just again on another machine.
When doing the "./configure" for Squirrelmail, the toaster says:
"go to Server Settings (2) and change the Server Software from "cyrus" to "courier" (a)".
Well, I think it's a little different now. you can get to "Server Software" from 2.(a) then "8", but it looks like there is another option from the main menu:
"D. Set pre-defined settings for specific IMAP servers"
Interesting, I had not seen that before. However, I'm surprised that specifying courier does not also enable server-side sorting, or server thread sorting. I should probably mention these in the toaster, as they can greatly increase performance.
