The only thing I changed was to use MySQL for storing the user config for vpopmail. I'm thinking I might have missed a setting somewhere so preventing chkuser from looking at the table in MySQL. Any ideas?
Whenever you install a new version of vpopmail, you should recompile and reinstall anything that links to libvpopmail (including qmailadmin and qmail-smtpd w/chkuser).
