I have updated the maildir++ patch to fix a bug reported yesterday. Both versions on http://shupp.org (for qmail and netqmail) have been updated, and the qmail-toaster patch has also been updated and released as 0.7.1. The toaster install document now uses the 0.7.1 toaster patch.
