You can enable simscan's custom-smtp-reject option, but you'll also need to patch qmail to support it. See www.shupp.org for info and the patch. Note that that will notify the *sender*, not the recipient. If you want the recipient notified, simscan will not do this. Try qmail-scanner instead, which will (along with virus notifications).
