where is 'end msg 115759'? if it is not in the logs then the message must still be in the queue use /var/qmail/bin/qmail-qread to have a look if you have any 'fancy features', like spam, rbl, mfcheck etc switch them off, run your test mail through it again and see where they go. check /var/qmail/bin/qmail-showctl check your permissions, ownership, sticky bits etc use telnet to see what is going on with your mail reception, although the below suggests that it is remote delivery that is not working use recordio in your smtp 'run' file, then you can see it all.
