I have posted a new beta toaster patch, 0.7b4, and it's available here at http://shupp.org along with some documentation. Detailed documentation is available at the top of the patch itself.
There are also a couple of other patches for use on top of it, including a greylisting patch and an updated custom-smtp-reject patch, as required by the respective option in simscan.
Please help test if you can and post all reports to this list.
