hi all,
what are the best one, courier or qmail pop3 daemon? system has the last vpopmail+mysql and qmail+toaster-0.7b3+chkusr-mysql. I see that with pop3 daemon from courier, vpopmail logging information is not registered on logs with --enable-auth-logging, --enable-mysql-logging, but courier show information about bytes retrieved. what about performance?

Both work just fine. With vchkpw, it's easy to log via multilog and thus be able to use qmailmrtg7, which is very useful. vchkpw also has learn passwords, which is only useful if you don't use apop or cram-md5. courier's pop server is very easy to get ssl/tls working, though.
I've never done performance testing between the two. qmail-pop3d has always worked and been fast enough, and with the maildir++ patch, there are no quota issues anymore. That's what I use unless a client requests courier.
