check again all of the paths in the toaster - try installing the components (vpopmail et cetera) in different paths/homedirs.
it is good to consider the following: it would be nice if you take some steps forward to have a complete structure below one, configurable directory, or (it is better) all of the components in configurable directories - i am talking about the toaster.
