I have just installed qmail toaster last version with vpopmail 5.4 rc2 (instead of rc1 ) with mysql. Mysql is handing relay file. Looking at qmail queue I can find many email that should not be there. It seems also that anYone can send an email to a local using our smtpd.
Anyone has any idea of what is wrong? rcpthost are properly populated, virtualdomains also. /home/vpopmail/etc/smtp.cdb is set.

It should not be a relay. Assuming that your from address is the server you are talking about, it appears that is indeed NOT a relay:
