The only thing I am using in addition to all the stuff your toaster says
is squirrelmail, just because I like it better than sqwebmail. Aside
from that all I did was literally copy and paste to the console step by
step of your toaster.
I am not using postfix either.
I am using what appears on your list.
I checked the Authmodules, and mine says authvckpw as the authmodule
alone.
