We're tracking what looks to be a tmux but at:
https://github.com/fish-shell/fish-shell/issues/1917
The short version: tmux appears to issue `CSI ? 1004 h` after attach when `tmux
set-option -g focus-events on` is set, but does not issue `CSI ? 1004 l` on
detach.
(At least, that's the read on it at this juncture.)
Can anyone shed some light here?
