Hello, Just a quickie.
Firstly, thank you for tmux. It's a great addition to my tool set. I have been using it for a while but only recently got round to pimping it up a bit. I have a question about pane numbers which I first posted on Reddit but couldn't get an answer. The question is why pane numbering is different if you split panes within tmux against splitting them from a config file/comman line. The ordering of the splits are exactly the same, just the metod of splitting is different. The first link is done within tmux with keystrokes.
