Is there any way to make this work inside tmux? The example shown above:
printf "\e]50;CopyToClipboard\a...followed by text followed
by...\e]50;EndCopy\a"
That works fine for me locally and over SSH but not inside a tmux neither
locally nor over SSH.

For tmux, you'll need to ask tmux to support the OSC 52 code. However, that
requires base64-encoding your data.
