Similar to command such as `has-session` this command would simply display
whether the current terminal is already in a tmux session.
`tmux in-session` perhaps.
Usage:
I have an alias doing: `tmux split-window -h; tmux select-pane -t 0`
However, from time to time I use it by accident when not in a session. That
causes another session I have open to get a split window, so I'd like my alias
to test first to make sure it's in a session.
