OS: OSX 10.9.2
I've just upgraded tmux (via homebrew) from 1.8 to 1.9a and now find that my
M-Right and M-Left bindings aren't being seen by tmux.
Downgrading to 1.9 shows the bindings are still not respected.
Downgrading to 1.8 shows the bindings respected again.
Attaching the logfile generated via `tmux -vvvvLtest new`.
Let me know what other info I can provide. Thanks!
