Content Scroll Regions are a standard feature in vt100/vt200 terminals, but
tmux doesn't seem to handle the escape sequence (^e[<y1>;<y2>r). It also
doesn't seem to take the escape sequences for saving/restoring the cursor
position. This causes applications that have a scroll window to display
incorrectly.
Screen is able to handle the escape sequences appropriately, so I've been
having to run a screen in each pane.
