In copy mode, if you highlight some text and hit 'A', it'll set buffer
0 if it's NULL, otherwise it'll append to what's there.  I figured
"setb -a" should work the same way.  My thinking for both of these was
to match vi:  if you append to a blank line, it's the same as if you'd
just done an insert.
