I'm annoyed at a couple of things regarding how tmux handles scrolling:
I want a mouse-mode option that means "only use the mouse to enter copy
mode when the mouse wheel is used to scroll". I can write a patch for
this. Looking in the code, does anybody actually use the "mode-mouse
copy-mode" option? If not, I can use it. Either way, the option is badly
named and should be called something like "no-copy-mode" instead.
I also want the cursor to immediately go to the top of the viewport when I
scroll using the mouse wheel, so that the next scroll will actually scroll
the viewport.
Thoughts? Guidance on how these changes should be implemented?
