Oh, my apologies. I think your response has set me on the right path. I'm operating on window 0, but I don't want to have to type : and type into the status bar there. I wanted to enter `tmux capture-window -t 0` at the command line, but I obviously didn't want to do it from the same window, because then that command, too, would be included in the buffer. So what I needed was a way to address a window from another window. From `tmux lsp -a`, it looks like this is now provided by the 0:0 functionality? I'm sorry for not realising this before.
