*I'm experiencing an issue with tmux1.7. I've searched the mailing lists
and google, and discussed this with a few people on IRC, but have not come
up with a solution or even a idea as to what might be causing the problem.
I'm now posting here...*
I recently built and installed tmux 1.7 on rhel5. Build went fine, but now
when I run tmux it returns with no output, nor does it put me into a tmux
session.
`tmux -V` returns 1.7 and `which tmux` returns the tmux installed at my
config-specified install prefix .
Running tmux -v gives returns an empty client log and this in the server
log:

I haven't been able to find anything regarding to the above bolded error,
in relation to tmux; wondering if you dudes had any insight to offer?
