Hey all. The attached patch makes tmux honor XDG_CONFIG_HOME if it is set. This is a nice way to prevent the pollution of the home directory.
See the xdg spec<http://standards.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/basedir-spec-latest.html> for more details. I use this to keep my home directory clean, and many programs either support or are beginning to support it (git, gimp, etc.) Thanks for all the great work, and congrats on 1.7.
