I see, that was a copy/paste from LS document, I arguably neglected to
delete the reference, but frankly I still don't think that's a problem,
just because 8446 is the base definition of TLS, does not invalidate
the fact that TLS *now* also supports KEMs.  Additional references could
be added.  Regardless, there's nothing substantive here to disagree with.
