The IETF processes have do not have the concept of a “blocking objection.” RFC 2026 and RFC 2418 describe the standards process and working group procedures, respectively. You might find it easier to read the version of the documents at the PROCON working group[1], which rolls up the dozens of update-RFCs and errata that have been submitted against those documents. Perhaps you mean that you want to file an appeal? For what it’s worth, I have changed my view on the draft and do not object to its publication so please remove me from the list of names that you quote..
