Hi all,

This is a quick update intended to resolve some of the contention. If pure ML-KEM draft is to be published at all (I strongly prefer not -- at least not now), I propose this draft should be published before that.

When RFC number will be assigned to draft-ietf-tls-ecdhe-mlkem, I'll specify this draft as "Update" to that RFC. In the mean time, we can hopefully adopt it quickly and get to an agreement on this quickly.

Also, unlike the proposal by Bas, I believe discouraging non-PQ groups should be done separately.

Authors of ECDHE-MLKEM are very welcome as authors of this update.

Welcome any thoughts and opinions.

Thanks,
-Usama
