I'd assert that it's entirely valid to encourage a more broad discussion when the discussion that we're seeing related to this specific draft is clearly actually that more broad discussion. I also think discussing this in general on [email protected] would be better, so I agree with you there. I reckon I disagree that this supposedly TLS-specific discussion is the better way to handle things. I do accept that other reasonable people disagree with me on that. S.
