Hi! During IETF LC, draft-ietf-tls-rrc has changed the registry procedures from Standards Action to Expert Review for the RRC Message Type Sub-registry; see [0] and [1]. This change aligns with the registry procedures for the majority of IANA’s TLS registries that rely on DEs and was suggested by one of the DEs. If you have objections to this change, please raise your concerns by 11 June 2025 (one week from now).
