I am the assigned DNS Directorate reviewer for this draft which I see has had two rounds of DNSDIR reviews on previous revisions already. The changes from the previously reviewed -06 revision are minimal and do not alter any of the DNS related aspects of the draft. The references added to resolve Ted's comments on -01 regarding fallback considerations also look to to me. For completeness, I also took a good read from first principles and took the opportunity to refresh my working knowledge of SVCB and ECH in general, and I can't see any further issues or concerns that I would raise from a DNS perspective at this stage.
