Hi folks, draft-ietf-tls-dtls13 defines two new handshake message types: RequestConnectionId and NewConnectionId [1]. We need to reserve codepoints for these two values from this list:
https://www.iana.org/assignments/tls-parameters/tls-parameters.xhtml#tls-parameters-7 The lowest available contiguous values would be 9 and 10, which are currently unassigned. Before confirming with IANA folks, please let us know if you're aware of any existing uses for these codepoints. Hearing no objections, we'll let them know at the end of next week (May 28).
