Well, both MT and Nick have raised objections, and they seem serious to me: TLS has decided, as memorialized both in the charter and in 8446, that ticket reuse ought not to be encouraged, and therefore we should not specify technical features at Recommended that are designed to facilitate that. I appreciate that you don't consider this a "serious" objection, but that's your opinion, and in this matter, consensus is a judgement for the chairs and ADs to make, not you. -Ekr
