We have updated the draft based on the comments received from mailing list and face-to-face discussions in last IETF meeting. The major changes are: 1. We changed the intended status from standard to informational based on the concern raised in the mailing list. 2. We added one section for Identity format, which includes the expiring time in the identity. 3. In security consideration part, we added in the security concerns discussed in the mailing list. 4. In IANA consideration, we remove OID requirement part since IANA has already assigned an OID for RFC 6507. Furthermore, we added request for the TLS code point assignment. Best regards.
