I forward-ported the merged RFC4492bis changes (with explicit numbers added[1], in style of rsapss(4)) as PR #333.
This also includes the ECDH stuff, which IIRC was in RFC4492bis before my PR. I tried to align everything as close as possible (the only difference should be PMS getting replaced by ES and SS, due to TLS changes).
