Team:

I used TLF for the ARRL 160 contest and saw the problem previously
mentioned with the KG4 call. TLF overwrote the exchange, even though the
station sent "VA" and that is what was entered. It seemed to be harmless
as the tally went with the exchange entered.

But there is another issue that I encountered. The Cabrillo file
"Universal" is not accepted by the arrl robot, as that format puts a
sequence number in the field tagged EXC_S. ARRL expects the section sent
rather than a sequence number. (There is a comment in the manual that says
putting a # in that slot will do sequence number, but does not say how to
not include the sequence number.)

I ended up editing the log file by hand. (I do have my own program to
convert the ADI to cabrillo file that I used for other contests.)

It seems that another field type might be needed, or some way to override
the sequence number. (This is not part of the exchange sent or received, in
any case)
