Did you actually try the Xresources file included with TLF> https://github.com/Tlf/tlf/blob/master/doc/Xresources I've attached a screenshot of UXterm running with that very same set of colors and my white background is more gray than yours providing better contrast. I have also found that on GNOME the Xresources file isn't always read so the 'xrdb' command has to be run before starting [U]Xterm|[u]rxvt.
