Hey, folks: Thanks for the quick replies. While testing Ervin's solution and looking through my logcfg.dat before sending it as Tom requested, I realized I hadn't uncommented the line that just says "CLUSTER". Doing that and restarting Tlf seems to have fixed it - spots are coming in and the filter toggles work as they should.
