But, are you making a /.bashrc ? since the default is now /.profile ?

I don't see why you couldn't do a regular install to the flash drive, or am I missing something.

It also begs to be answered as to how many users would be up to your level, plus have more than 1 computer in the shack ? or running a fork ?
