There is nothing stopping anyone from adding pages to this wiki. I've done so myself in the past, but I do agree that admin rights perhaps ought to pass to Tom.
Generally, there is a lack of coherent documentation. Info exists in the readme files that doesn't appear in the web page and vice versa, the web page doesn't tell you how to get the latest version, and so on.
