The Country (CTY) Files were updated on 27 October 2009.

To install the file, follow the link to your software at the top of
the page.
IMPORTANT: Each release of the country files has a different "version"
embedded in it. After downloading and installing the file, you can
find out what version you have by following the instructions at this
link:

When the country files are updated, E-mail is sent to a number of
contest, DX Cluster and logging reflectors. If you choose NOT to
subscribe to one of the these reflectors, but still want to be
notified of country file changes, there is a way to subscribe to such
notifications by entering your E-mail address at the bottom of this
web page:

If you're going to operate a contest, always check that you have the
latest country file loaded. There is literally no excuse for not
using the current file.
