Hi Wasif, Sorry for the late answer, I thought these changes weren't commited yet, but it's actually possible to recompile tinyos-tools on raspberry pi from the git tree, since this commit: https://github.com/tinyos/tinyos-main/commit/cae680ace4a0f59ae3a96410d79469cdcb00827c (just the usual ./Bootstrap, ./configure, make). I wouldn't install it though, just overwrite the current libtoscomm.so and libgetenv.so, it should be in the directory what "tos-locate-jre --jni" prints.
