Dear All,

Why don't you try the XubunTOS (with TinyOS from tp-freeforall/prod
repository) in
VirtualBox<http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos-wiki/index.php/Installing_XubunTOS_(with_TinyOS_from_tp-freeforall/prod_repository)_in_VirtualBox>

http://tinyos.stanford.edu/tinyos-wiki/index.php/Installing_XubunTOS_(with_TinyOS_from_tp-freeforall/prod_repository)_in_VirtualBox

in my experience, it is easy and convenience to use. its also work on
window 8 as VBox is keep up to date with current OS development.

Best regards,
Adib
