I've made this offer before, but here it is again: my company can host on " libtiff.info", with DNS already in place and fronted through Cloudflare, with TLS. Depending on what's needed on the server, could be running in the next couple of hours, possibly Anycast to 30 servers globally for speed and redundancy. We'll cover costs of domain name, hosting, bandwidth, CDN, etc.
