I haven't used TiddlyWiki classic, so I don't know that movable interface. 
But: I've made some widgets that implement what I've learned from hacking 
with muuri and hammer.js and the *pan* widget should allow you to do that - 
in combination with some viewtemplate and edittemplate tweaks

Maybe someone has some infos about that TW classic movable thing?
