Now we have two modes: when dragging disabled and when enabled. What if we’ll have only one mode. But when we’ll hold left mouse button on tiddler, it will be unpinned from the grid and we’ll move it.
About resizing: the most usable case for me are shortcuts or buttons on tiddlers.
